Telehealth Psychology

PTSD is a natural response after an automobile accident and Psych Centers of Georgia provides you with the tools and support to heal. Our services are conducted online via phone or video and include any combination of:

Psychotherapy

Neuropsychology focuses on how the brain functions and how that functioning relates to behavior. We utilize psychotherapy to help you change your traumatic response, heal, and overcome your PTSD. This is a method of talk therapy, that provides you with a safe place to share your feelings, fear, and anxiety.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

We begin by identifying your traumatic response after an automobile accident, such as nervousness, anxiety, depression, fear, or insomnia. Then we utilize CBT as an active method of changing your thoughts, feelings, and behavior. This includes work you do outside of your weekly appointment.

Neuropsychological Evaluation

By assessing your brain function we can identify a personalized method of treating your PTSD. The assessment involves a variety of questions and tests to which there is no “right” or “wrong” answer. The objective is to determine how we can help you heal and get back behind the wheel.

Heal To Get Back Behind The Wheel

Your brain is resilient and has the capacity to change, adapt, and form new connections.
